Good and fun game at the beginning so I bought it. Then as soon as I got like a 1/3 through the game it just got unnecessarily difficult. In the end the higher adventures were just to much and the story seemed predictable so I didnt feel bad about missing out on the ending.

It controls great. It has an interesting exploration based design, with some action gameplay mixed in. Soundtrack is new agey in the best possible way. Simulataneously relaxed and entertained while playing. Recommended.

As a big fan of the pixel genre and what it can do ; I really feel this adventure . You feel for the little guy right away, and the chill music and sweeping world just draw you right in. And its a great balance, you dont feel overwhelmed but you dont feel its too easy either. This is the kind of stuff I could play all my life. Amazing!

This game is awesome. I got it on steam not so long ago. I fell in love with the art style and awesome controls. My problem with majority of platmformers is the controls. I played through the free half of the game with screen controls. I decided Id pull out my MOGA controller and give a shot. It says its got controller support, but it doesnt. I think its a bug but controllers dont work.

I absolutely adored this game. Its an offline game, you can stop at any time and it wont make you start over, Nubs is so cute and easy to control (although the Dirt Monster is pretty challenging), and its extremely detailed despite being pixel. Without buying the full version, I made it to about 25%, and that still took me hours upon hours upon hours. The full version is endlessly fun, as I still havent completed it (Im at 45% now). Even without buying full, the game is amazing, engaging, and definitely high quality! I would recommend it to everyone.

This is my first game review on the App Store and I had an iPhone for 7+ years now. This game is a must for anyone looking for a great game. Absolutely love it!

This game is just....wow. On the AppStore nowadays you find (supposedly) emoji makers,apps telling you where Pokèmon are,and on very rare days,a direct port of a game for four dollars. But this? This is way different! Pixel art style,fun gameplay,and having to pay for the rest of the game. Yeah that is right,the developers didnt make a paid version. Which I find ridiculous. Another (stupid) compliant is FALL DAMAGE,IN A 2D PLATFORMER. Well at least the game is still fun. Suggestions, make a paid version,every time you upgrade your house you get some kind of upgrade(bommerang upgrades,more health,and a sword would be nice) All in all the game is fine and I recommend it.

Am I the only one who thinks the controls are a bit iffy. They make what would be a wonderful game quite difficult to play. It seems the jump button sometimes just doesnt want to work. I cant tell you how many times this has caused Nub to fall to his death. Other than this, great game.

Its map system is too much like Fez. In that, it is way too confusing. You constantly feel like youre missing things. You leave areas wondering if youll ever get to go back cause you know without a doubt you missed something. I think thats part of the appeal though, but I dont like it. Other than that, its really hard to tell parts of the game apart from others since there arent really level or area names, its just an area of the map and thats it. Other than that, I enjoy it. Reminds me of Fez. You should allow users to customize the button layout and move the A/B closer or further away.

This was a lot of fun. I travel a bit, and this game take some time to complete. Its been a great game to pick up and continue on each trip. I highly recommend.

This is a fun game. After playing the free portion, I upgraded to the full version. The visuals are great.

I was playing the game, and now that I got off for 12 hours or so, I get back on and I get a constant crash. I dont know why this happens but Im on an iPhone 5s.

Simply the best game I have ever played! Great job!

The game is brilliantly crafted even if it does have a few bugs to sort out. The storyline is simple and open with interesting enemies and puzzles along the way. Each landscape is breathtakingly beautiful and the music perfectly compliments each world within the game. Many nice touches are also scattered throughout the game, my favorite being the lift up to the cloud world and the soft sunset/purple sky with the clouds above you when you first arrive. All in all, the game is a masterpiece and definitely worth the $5, especially since it means supporting the developer,s career as a programmer and designer. Im waiting to see what he does next.

I would compare this game to Super Mario but really original. Highly recommended. Loved it.

Pure genius. Deceptively complex world and challenges. Had me playing for hours. Well worth the extra few bucks to unlock the entire game. Im not kidding when I say it is the best game Ive played on my iPhone yet (and Ive been on the iPhone since Gen 1).

A frustratingly difficult game yet very fun with an amazing story. The only thing is I want them to invent Nubs Adventure 2.
