Great game, but tough at parts.

Definitely one of the best 2D platformers Ive played in a while. Rico is pretty awesome too. Look forward to seeing what Max comes up with next.

It is such a great game! Nice and simple! Though I may warn you that it can be VERY hard at times.

This game doesnt have enough reviews on metacritic to get a score, but the ones it does have are positive and so I took a chance with it. I am so glad I did. The graphics are pleasant, the music is enjoyable, the controls work smoothly, and most importantly of all, the gameplay is highly satisfying. If you are looking for a worthwhile exploration-platformer, this is the one.

I almost never write reviews unless it is so good or very bad. This is a great game, well thought and challenging at times. Worth the money.

Wow. The graphics are simple, but the gameplay is fantastic. All of the little things add up: multiple ways to move through the levels make it feel like youre really exploring. The basic platforming feels great. I love that there are places that seem out of reach, like its an actual environment and not just a puzzle you are going to complete. The world is full of nice little reactive atmospheric things, and the music fits in perfectly. Youre not just stuck in one style of movement, the way the gameplay works you get to play several kinds of games in one. A great example of the kind of depth you can create when you focus on gameplay over graphics and churning out content. And the story is light, but it sets up some dramatic tension right away, and characters throughout provide little bits of insight and color to the world, without dumping a lot of cheesy dialog on you. Honestly if you like action-adventure games this is really a fantastic modern interpretation of the genre. My only critique is my fingers sometimes lose the left/right buttons. An adaptive virtual d-pad might be better. Or just some haptic cues or something when you drift off the buttons.

Honestly one of the best games Ive played in a while on the App Store. The graphics and music make the experience equally mysterious and magical. Reminiscent of KatAM, as well.

Good game, but it needs to be updated. There are significant bugs including ones that massively mess up platforms and hit/landing areas.

This game is amazing

This game can be hard as heck but ultimately it is rewarding. Finally beat it after a year of on-and-off playing. An interesting world to explore, good controls (except for the worm :( ), great music and tough challenge. It is rare that a Metroidvania style game can be done well on iOS, but this is proof it is possible.
